Taylor: “Umm Mum, Dad, Rodney and Sam Prime”

Matt: “200 & 300 hurdles because I like the long sprints and jumping over hurdles”
Danielle: “Long jump and triple jump because its fun”

Matt: “Winning silver at the nationals for athletics and winning the grand final in my first year of footy and being the leading goal kicker for the league”

Jess: “1500 and 800 because I am better at longer distance and I like them”

Jess: “When I made it to the State championship as an under 13 in the 1500m.”

Nicole: “This is my 10^th year”
Bob: “10 years since Nicole started”

Nicole: “The 1500, 2000 and 3000 walk.  I like these events as I love the distances of the events plus I have fun doing it and it is great for my fitness.”
Bob: “I like watching the 200m race as I love to watch the kids accelerate around the bend.”

Nicole: “When I came 3^rd at the State Championships as an U11 in 2005”
Bob: “Watching my son Jermey win the first ever gold medal for Casey at the state relays”

William “JDS is the Junior Development Squad. They have these clinics you go to, to improve your skills and to improve the skills of young athletes. You have to meet the JDS set benchmark in 2 events to qualify to attend JDS.”

William “…knowing that my skills are improving.”
