Parent
Duty
URGENT
NOTICE TO ALL PARENTS
There is not much time left for parents/Guardians to complete their 4 days of
duty.
Please be aware that if you have not completed your 4 days of duty your child
will not be permitted to compete in the Centre Championships on the 13th and
14th of March. Doing your 4 days of duty also qualifies your child to receive
a participation trophy at the end of year presentations.
Check out the Duty
Register here. If you believe the information on the duty register
is incorrect, please come and see me (Cameron Skeggs) at the sign on table this
Saturday.
To qualify as having done duty we need to spend the whole morning either at an
event or assisting the team managers. Helping out at one or two events does not
qualify. The exception to this is the canteen where a two hour block is considered
a days duty.
I would also like to thank those parents and guardians who have already done
4 days or more than 4 days of duty, especially those who help out every week.
Without you the club would not function.
