How to Register

This year we are encouraging every-one to do

Part 1 of their registrations online now at the Little Athletics Victoria website and

Part 2
at our Casey Registration Days on 6-8pm on Thursday 15th of September or if you prefer 9-11am Saturday 17th of September 2011 at Manuka Rd Berwick.

Part 1 - Online
The Online Registrations are now open at the Little Athletics Victoria website www.lavic.com.au.
   (Works Ok with Internet Explorer but Not with Firefox browser)

If you have already been a member of Casey Little Athletics or registered online before, Little Athletics Victoria will be sending you a ID and password reminder via email to help with the online registration process.

There are three options to choose from:-

  • Existing member;
  • Family members New and Renewing;
  • New members.

If Family is clicked, it comes up as New registrations only, however BOTH New & Renewing Families continue on from here OK. It will not say Renewing Families.

The purpose of registering online is to get all your information accurately to Little Athletics Victoria, and save work and time for our registrar who previously had to log in every-one individually.

You will have the option of :-

  • Paying online by credit card which incurs a fee (when printing this Tax Invoice right click on the page then choose Print Frame)
  • Printing out the completed invoice from the email address that you used when registering and paying Casey Little Athletics at one of our 2 Registration days.

Make sure you either:-

  • print out the receipt or invoice and bring that to a Casey Registration Day.
  • If you can't Register online Print and Complete the Part 1 Form and bring that to a Casey Registration Day.

Part 2 - Rego Days
Important: You still need to attend our Registration Days to complete Part 2 of the Registration process. Those who have registered online will progress through part 2 quicker. At our Registration days you will get your registration number and patch, Information Handbook and Showbags. New athletes will need to present their birth certificates as proof of age.

You still have the option of completing Part 1 and 2 at the Registration Days on:-

  • 6-8pm on Thursday 15th of September or if you prefer
  • 9-11am Saturday 17th of September 2011, but it will take longer.

We urge you not to leave Registering until the first day of competition, even if you have registered online. We have a greatly reduced number of people to take registrations on Competition Days as most of our committee will be helping to run the Competition Program. Your children are likely to miss their first events.

New athletes only, may undertake a Trial for two weeks prior to registering, if they are unsure about participating. Triallists must have their names recorded with the registrar for insurance purposes.
