SMR Under 6-8 Little Athletics Carnival

Each year, the younger athletes have the chance to compete in the SMR Under 6-8 Little Athletics Carnival. This will be hosted by Dandenong Little Athletics Centre.

The event this season is scheduled for Sunday February 10th 2008.

The following events are featured:

• On Track
• Dragon races
• Track events – 50m, 100m and 200m
• Field events – Long Jump, Discus and Shot Put

There are heaps of fun activities during the day including a colouring competition. There are no heats or finals for any of the track and field events. Ribbons are awarded to ALL athletes for each event that they compete in.

Uniform: Casey LAC ‘blue’ uniform to be worn with registration tag attached.
