Training on Thursday is focused on learning more advanced skills of the track and field events.

If you have children in both age groups we recommend that children attend the Thursday night training session.

If you are interested in distance running 800/1500m an earlier training session is conducted on Thursdays from 4.40 to 5.30.

Parents are welcome to assist at training sessions. This assistance can be in many ways, for example helping to set up the equipment, assisting coaches and packing up the equipment. Volunteering parents need to sign on as ordinary members to be covered by public liability insurance.

Remember, the coaches are volunteering to give up their time for the benefit of the children.
